Interested in starting lessons with us? Great!

We are a Suzuki Method school in which parents attend lessons with their children. The parents are a vital part of the learning process, so we start by discussing the Method and our program with prospective parents.

The following is our enrollment process for students age 10 and younger:

1. Attend a free new parent orientation meeting-these are scheduled monthly and are intended to be informational only. No fees and no obligation to enroll.
2. Secure a lesson time based on teacher’s availability and your schedule-this is crucially important because we want you to find a time that works for your family, and our teachers are limited by their existing teaching schedules.
3. Attend the four session parent education class (once per week for 4 weeks)-you will receive more information about these sessions when you attend the new parent orientation. We use this time to go over the Suzuki philosophy and how we use it in our teaching. It is our hope that these sessions will provide you with tools, understanding, and realistic expectations going into your first lesson.
4. Begin lessons-usually about a month after attending the new parent orientation-hooray!

For students age 11 and older who are already playing: contact us to find out if we may be a good fit for your student. We do require that all new parents attend a parent orientation session.

All students attend
1. A weekly individual lesson (student, parent, and teacher)
2. Group lessons on Thursday afternoons
a. Bi-weekly for string students
b. Monthly for piano students
